For what I saw about this one, it might be related to a random situation where a fairy comme to ring your doorbell that for some reason has a test to be more frequent with the Fairy something Lot Trait, but no test on the game option to disable fairies. I think a fix can be done temporarily (I don't have my PC with me to do it right now) but it's not that hard to solve.

She won't leave until she gets to speak to a manager.

Care Ren just showed up in my Sims’ house and started playing in their kitchen sink, and there’s no option to send her home.
Sometimes you want to play a more real-world story.

Also have fairies even when checked no.... though just a few.
I have mods, but it also happens with no mods.
they mostly spawn stand on the spot a bit then fly 2 tiles or so and de spawn... but it is unwanted. - harasnicole2 months agoRising Adventurer
I have the box checked in settings to limit fairies to Innisgreen because I'm not someone who enjoys occult gameplay, so I didn't want to have to deal with them in my current save. My sim is living in Henford-on-Bagley and for some reason, limiting fairies to Innisgreen isn't working, which is super annoying because I don't want to see them at all unless I'm actually playing in Innisgreen.
Edited to add: I removed all of my mods to see if that was playing a role, but nope. The fairy is still outside of Innisgreen like I didn't want.

I'm also experiencing this issue with fairies showing up at homes outside of Innisgreen. Sometimes they'll show up in their fairy forms (wings visible) and sometimes not.
Personally, I don't think this should've been a pack setting to begin with, even if it did work. A better option would be to give front doors an "Allow/Disallow Fairies" feature so that players could allow or disallow for random fairy visits on a case-by-case basis in the same way that we already have that functionality when it comes to vampire visits.

Same. "Limit Fairies to Innisgreen: If checked, Fairy Sims outside of the Active Household will not appear autonomously in Fairy Form in Worlds other than Innisgreen. Certain player-directed actions will still cause Fairy Sims to reveal their Fairy This change will not be applied to Fairy Sims that are currently spawned until after the next load."
Copy of regular game with mods and CC removed. Their showing up as Fairies seems to be a bit random. They seem to visit residential lots as fairies, but show up at community lots mostly as regular Sims.

I am having the same issue in Henford-on-Bagley. This time it's Nadya, who none of my sims know so there is no "player directed actions" to cause her to be here in fairy form. I have also been getting almost daily visits from Oberon in fairy form even though I also refuse to talk to him.

I am playing mostly in Nordhaven and I am seeing a lot of fairies in this world. This is wery strange since I have turned off they appearance in other worlds. And still they come to knock on my sims door even having they wings out. Also I see all the new sims from fairie pack in Nordhaven lots when I come there with my sims. I would apprieciate if the option to limit they appearance in other worlds would work as intended.
