[EBN] Fairy Features (Eyes/Ears) MISSING from Infant -> Child

Hey There, I've got ALL the packs, beyond a few kits.  The issue here, is that Infant through Child Fairy Sims are missing Fairy Features. They can not select the Fairy Ears or the Fairy Eye Co...
