[EBN] Fairy wings randomly disappear in Live Mode

I'm having the same issue, but my sims wings do not come back at all. Once I leave CAS my sims don't have wings. They still have the animation of flying. Even my premade sims don't from the pack do not have their wings.

I'm having the same issue. I have to keep switching from Fairy form to Human form to get them to show up. I thought it might be the no mosiac mod like in Sims 3, but I tested my game and that mod has no effect. Hopefully since it is now under investigation, it will get fixed soon. I hope it doesn't take as long as the rain & snow inside buildings to get fixed!! 😒

UG, same issues as everyone else. Wings only show up in CAS, then disappear as soon as I go to live mode. I'm so disappointed in this pack and wish I had not purchased it. Way to go EA, shame on you for releasing a pack where the main feature is so buggy it can't be enjoyed.

It seems they are using the same 'slot' for the fairy wings as the back carrier from Growing Together, that might explain a lot of how they are behaving. 

Having this issue too, even after the July 16 update. Lowkey makes the new pack unplayable, which is a shame for the amount of money it cost. My sim's profile in the bottom left corner has the wings, but not my actual sim. Super disappointing ://

Same.... the fairy occult is completely broken in my game. Fairy sims revert to regular sims in live mode, wings don’t show up at all, and the separate fairy form doesn’t appear even after assigning and saving it. I have no mods or custom content installed. I’ve repaired the game, cleared my cache, tested in new saves, and tried using cheats to force the occult, nothing works. This really needs to be addressed and patched immediately.

I've been having this problem, too! It's sooo disappointing! I've been sooo excited just to see my fairy with her pretty wings out, but she (and all the other townie fairies, too) does not have her wings visibile. Just flying around, sparkling, leaving fairy dust everywhere. 

I have Candy Behr making friends with our new fairy NPC. During their chat the wings kept coming and going from the character based on the action being performed. Now while sitting at this table the Fairy in question (per the photo) got reset through the chair. Was it Candy thinking about a sentiment? Was it a wings thing? Who knows but what I can say is this save file was made after week 2 of Natures calling event and before the EBN pack was released onto the world.

I own and have installed the packs:

No mods have ever been installed on this computer.

My wings discolored suddenly ... not sure why.

After some debugging myself it looks like it has something to do with whether the fairies remove their wing before or after a queued interaction. Normally when a fairy is told to, for example, take a shower then they will fly over to the shower then hide their wings and then take the shower. But after playing for some time, they stop doing so until you restart the game, even reset sim does not work. Instead when they are told to do something they first hide their wings, then fly over without their wings to the location, and then perform the action.
