The ghost fairy I used is still able to fly (flaps his wings) if I direct him to go somewhere near (even though the interaction says "go here" and not "fly here"). However, when I direct him to go further he runs there instead of flying. Also the option to enable or disable flying is not available when the fairy is a ghost.
Not using mods, playing on Mac.
