After purchasing ingredients from the apothecary table, 5 Innisgreen Ingredients (Lump of Moss, Small Critter Bone, Acorn, Lightning Root Leaf and Aura Petal) are listed as collected in Household Collections, despite the fact that only two (Lump of Moss and Aura Petal) were purchased, or even available for purchase.
