I just experienced this today. Only options are Open, Make Heirloom, and Purchase Basic Apothecary Ingredients. There is clearly something in progress on the table (mortar full of green stuff instead of empty mortar and pestle) and the "reset object" function doesn't clear it. I tested to make sure it wasn't a broken mod or CC by removing all of them without any success. A new table works just fine.
The same has happened to me every time I travel off my lot and come back, the apothecary table loses options. It only has Open and Buy Apothecary Ingredients as options. Going into buy mode to sell/replace works but only until I travel again.
Want to clarify — this is traveling without choosing to study cures before/during travel. Just regular traveling.
