So, going forward, do you think if I enable gameplay option for Limit Fairies to Innisgreen, will they stop traveling to other worlds altogether, or will they continue to drop invisible wings everywhere? If not, then what is the fix aside from disabling the pack?

Unwinged, fairies won't drop these shroomies. My 3rd-gen fairy has moved out of Innisgreen; he's unwinged/incognito there and there are no issues on his lot.
Imho, limiting fairies to Innisgreen is a must if you don't want troubles all over your save.Thank you, friend!!!
