My sim is currently a level 2 herbalist and I chose to make her work at home by making the client come directly on the lot (that's a new option) but the client does not show up despite a notification...
Ideas
Had same issue just now, tried for first time to receive clients at home and no-one showed up even though I got the notification of them coming.
Tried calling that sim to the parcel and he came, but not as a client, so no work related interactions were available. Tried reseting my sim and the client with no luck.
Decided to double check the front door settings even though neighbours, vampires, etc were always showing up with no issues - and surprise surprise, I could not click on any of the doors on the lot 😮 Ended up removing and replacing all of them, then I could check that the settings for visitors are okay. That work day was lost, no matter how many times I tried restarting the game, however the next day client showed up immediately! 😅
