[EBN] Rise & Shine Fable: Can only ask 7 instead of 8 Sims

How do I complete the Rise and Shine fable? It says ask sims about their fairy beliefs, and it was going fine until now. It says they have to be Innisgreen locals and non occult, but there isn’t 8 non occult sims in Innisgreen. I’ve tried asking sims who don’t live in Innisgreen but there’s no option to ask about their fairy beliefs. And the last time I asked someone their fairy beliefs it for some reason didn’t count towards the quest? Should I just make a bunch of new sims and move them to Innisgreen so I can ask them and complete this or will that not work? There’s also no option to ask the sims I already asked again.

I am having the same issue! Cant even contact ea about it … I hope they fix this 

I decided to mess around a bit more with this. I am not sure what is causing the issue, but it almost appears random? I created 8 random Sims (one of each Occult type, a human, and a ghost) with everything fully randomized (except Aspirations, but I didn't pick anything weird for them). I tossed them in Willow Creek, then IMMEDIATELY went to try the fable. No mods or CC, these were fresh as a daisy Sims (not pre-existing in any way). It essentially took me 4 tries to get them all to complete it. If one completed it, I removed them from the next attempt.  I have all of the save files if needed.  

Green means they completed it that attempt.

I am also having this issue. My fairy sims has asked 7 and the option no longer appears. I am on PC in a vanilla game
