[EBN] [RL] Fairies don't do autonomous sword fight with wings out

When a fairy with wings out autonomously que up training swordfighting with the dummy they will go to the dummy and just stand there until they die because emotion runs out. However if they are ordered to practice they will hide their wings and start practicing as they should.
