[EBN] [ROM] Planting/moving Mandrake to Tabletop Planter changes to bush

When planting/moving a Mandrake Plant to a Tabletop Planter the plant changes to a bush type plant, but the Mandrakes themselves are still correct. When replicating this, I realized it is a moveobjects issue, as Mandrake Plants cannot be placed without, but as I was building at the time (which I use moveobjects when building/not playing), this happened. So I guess this should be fully supported or prevented, I'd prefer supported of course.
