[EBN] [S] Butterflies VFX show in freezing temperatures in Innisgreen

The butterfly VFX is normally forced off in worlds during the winter, however they still appear in Innisgreen. 

When fixed I want to see the butterflies removed in winter, as they are in other worlds.
