[EBN] [S] Butterflies VFX show in freezing temperatures in Innisgreen

The butterfly VFX is normally forced off in worlds during the winter, however they still appear in Innisgreen.  When fixed I want to see the butterflies removed in winter, as they are in other world...

Could you please provide the following information

-  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

    No mods or cc used when testing. I've updated the report.
