[EBN] Sometimes Can't Bottle Emotions, Sometimes Get The Wrong Emotion

As you can see here, Octavia is clearly angry yet I cannot bottle her angry emotion. Also, sometimes a sim will present as having one emotion and yet I'll get a completely different emotion.  Ap...
