[EBN] Spruce Almighty shows as already summend when not around

I found a work around, if you shift select and set as head near the original tree and then press reset debug on it, you should be able to summon him on the "new", smaller tree, then reset your sim and the extra tree will disappear living Bruce Almighty to go back to the original tree :)

Thanks for the workaround! Now Bruce is in his original tree again and can be summoned. 

I was having the same issue but it seems to be fixed now. I summoned Spruce Almighty using his sim id # and then clicked reset on him and he wandered over to his tree and walked into it. The tree now has glowing lines and the tree face has glowing eyes and the summon option is there again.  I'm not sure if the sim ID numbers are different for every game but you can retrieve his ID using the cheat sims.get_sim_id_by_name Spruce Almighty and then summon him using the cheat sims.summon_sim_to_zone [SimID]. Hope this works for others as it was very frustrating not being able to acquire a fable when I'm trying to have my one fairy lady complete them all.

I had the same problem. Used the bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement cheat to get the "Glasswood tree" was able to summon that way

I'm still having that same issue. I haven't started the fables quest yet and it still says he's already been summoned. I have no idea what to do about it.

I have the same issue. I completed the fable with one of my family members and she developed a friendship with Spruce as a result. When she went back to the tree later on, the Summon command was grayed out and you can't invite him over via the relationship panel.

So I thought, oh I must have to use the tree he gave me as a result of the fable (still in the family inventory). So she put the gifted Spruce tree in her yard and that tree had a Summon command on it, BUT it's a different Spruce that appeared. Now she was two Spruce's in her relationship panel and doesn't have any relationship with the new guy.

I'll give the reset advice a try and see what happens to my double Spruce's. 

I tried this but the small extra tree stayed there. I don't know how to get rid of that one. It did make me able to summon Spruce from the big tree, though.

Did you press reset debug on the sim or on the tree?  Reset/debug on the sim deletes the tree on the head, reset on the tree puts it on the ground. You can only delete it with mods (eg. Bienchen's destroyobjects mod)

Oh great, I'm on Xbox so I guess I'm stuck with a baby tree next to the main one.
