I started a brand-new save and moved sims into the Old Salt House. With the default setting the Spice direct was max level industrial. After only a few weeks the Eco Footprint change a fair amount.

I just started a new save and am playing Evergreen Harbor on a fully upgraded eco lot. The neighborhood eco footprint drop dramatically just in the time the active Sim is at work.
