I'm currently playing a rags to riches save and found some pizza while dumpster diving that was still fresh. I tried to get my sim to grab a serving but she waved her arm in the air like she couldn't interact with the pizza and then an empty pizza box was added to her inventory along with the existing pizza. I though that was weird but maybe giving her a surface to grab a pizza from would fix it (she doesn't own any furniture yet). I came over to a community lot to use a table... Sims immediately started coming over to "grab a serving" and I noticed they were grabbing whole pizza boxes from the original box instead of a piece of pizza. I tried to add all the pizza back into my Sim's inventory but it was too late and every Sim with a pizza is now producing infinitely more pizzas, and more Sims are coming to "grab a serving" and make even more pizzas 😅
I was able to revert to an earlier save and dispose of the pizzas from her inventory but this could get out of hand very quickly and become a huge problem if people don't have an older save file 😬
