Experiencing the same issues as above in evergreen harbour, except no sims turn up to any community venues. I have tried each type in each area, no sims other than my own ever visit. I can invite Sims over and they leave as soon as the visit ends, then no one comes back to the community lots.
My sims wants of 'tend community garden' are also not acknowledged when performing any tasks on a community gardening lot in this world.
