I have the same issue and came here looking for a solution. All my community lots such as library, gym...etc work fine, but not the community spaces (Community space, maker space, community garden, or marketplace).
My sims seem to be the only ones voting on what to do with the space also.
No other NPC visits. I play on ps5 and this is a new issue for me. I don't have an option to try and repair the add on (Eco Lifestyle) or option to delete and reinstall just that add on.
Has there been a solution to this issue?
