When you change the neighborhood plan of the eco lifestyle package, the buildings start flashing and the grass in the world too. Please fix this.

I'm also having this issue wherein the buildings around conifer station are flickering between old textures and new after the modern development project NAP. I'm using the Windows version of TS4 on EA App.
It might help for testing purposes that I instantly enacted the development using the shift-cheat-menu on the community board.
