When you change the neighborhood plan of the eco lifestyle package, the buildings start flashing and the grass in the world too. Please fix this.

Evergreen Harbor is one of my favorite worlds in the Sims 4 however there are several visual glitches in the current world. Facade assets are missing in Grims Quarry, and Conifer Station when completed the Modern Development action plan assets glitch inside of each other and may surfaces give a glitchy, seizure inducing flash between surfaces like the apartment roofs and sidewalks. This makes the world very hard to look at and it needs to be fixed.
I have this flickering issue also. Mac, no mods.
