Yes mine just started doing it this morning. I have cleared caches, repaired game all to no avail. Super frustrating. I was wanting to get the new DLC R&L but I can’t justify spending more money when previous bugs aren’t even fixed..

Dear The Sims Team,
We kindly ask that you please look into this issue, as it may pose a serious risk for players with epilepsy. Despite this being one of my favourite packs—and a significant financial investment—we are currently unable to play in this world due to this glitch.
I have also tested the game in a new save file without any mods installed; unfortunately, the issue still persists.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I haven’t played in Evergreen Harbor in a long time, but now I’m rebuilding the world and I’ve noticed this flickering problem, especially on curbs and around the edges of some lots that are raised slightly above street level. Can’t believe this issue has been unaddressed for so long. It needs to get fixed ASAP.

Same for me! I enjoy playing in this neighborhood, but the constant flickering almost makes it impossible as it gives me a real headache after a while.

I hope they fix the bug at some point. I've never seen this part of town as it was originally intended, and the expansion is already several years old.

I'm experiencing the same issue after enacting the modern development NAP as well.

I did experience this issue last week and I am so glad I caught this glitch fast enough to roll it back otherwise it would just continue to add on to the pile of perma bugs that would require me to start over a save file entirely or throw away months of progress. This renders a pretty big selling point of this pack not playable. This has been reported since 9 months and a related issue 2 years....
I have this problem on Xbox Series X with all content installed. It looks exactly like the images posted by SimmerBelle in Conifer Station. I cheated the modern development off and on and it stopped for a minute. But after travelling and returning to the apartment it was back again. I've tried all the troubleshooting such as reinstalling the pack and game but nothing changes and I've had this problem for quite a long time now, it coincided with some other Eco Lifestyle bugs too.

I have the flickering buildings and land areas in this world also. This could be a trigger for someone who might have epilepsy, and even for those of us who don't, it's still not easy to play with all that flickering. I would consider this as a serious glitch that needs fixed ASAP
Note: I don't know if this has something to do with the Community Space lot type or just general replacement of lots in the neighborhood, but this began after I deleted a Community Space lot built earlier and replaced it with a new kind of lot.
Since I didn't want to use the new lot in that world due to the flickering, I moved it elsewhere and replaced the community lot that I originally had there. After I did this, the flickering stopped
