crinrict I installed a Mush Filter on a Grundach Home Recycler using Handiness, and it didn't count toward completing Perform a Handiness or Eco Parts Upgrade on an appliance, despite there being an Eco Parts version of the upgrade. This may possibly be because the Grundach Home Recycler is only listed in Outdoor Activities, not Appliances, in Build/Buy.
The completed upgrade was not checked off, or even listed at all, when checking upgrades on the Recycler after completing the upgrade, nor does mousing over the Recycler list the upgrade. This is inconsistent with other upgrades on other non-appliance items such as sinks and toilets.
