[ECO] Water conservation: Sims charged multiple times for not complying
When my Sim goes to visit another household, she is charged a daily fine of $100 for not complying with the neighborhood's water conservation standards. Then when she gets home later on the same day, she is charged again with another $100 fine for not complying with the neighborhood's water conservation standards. Basically, if she visits 4 friends a day, she is charged $800.
