My sim was making a candle at the candle-station (yes, that annoying interaction where they stand looking at the candle mould for hours upon hours). She had stood there for some hours when my other sim in the household went off to travel somewhere, what a mistake that was! When I got back to the house, of course, the candle-making sim was doing something else. I clicked on the table and selected 'resume making candle' but the progress circle started all over again from the very beginning! So now she has to stand there all over again for hours and hours and hours... it's about as interesting as watching paint dry.
- When will EA change it so that the candle wax can 'set' without being overwatched by the sim for the whole time? and
- I guess this re-starting bug will never get fixed because not many people will be making candles in their game so it won't get any upvotes
Le sigh.
Playing on Windows 11, no mods or cc, all packs installed except about 3 kits. No creator pack thingies.
