The game will load me in but once I click on my house hold it either just loads and have to restart the game or it just takes me back to the worlds and it’s just glitching.

I can't join the game family. Infinite loading screen. Or if I join the family through the cas then it throws me into city mode
Update: I can only enter the save and family where some packs disconnected
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
- Is this for a specific family only or all families in a save ?
- Does the same happen on a new save ?
