Since the update the other day I have been having an issue getting into the game. I am getting an error message that reads: "The game failed to load. Error Code: 123:1034405:382569ac. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." I cannot play the game. It launches but when I try to play a sim it goes back to the world select page and displays the above error message.
I have tried exiting and relaunching the entire EA app several times. How can I fix this error?

Every time I open TS4 it will go to the menu screen, but once I click resume game it gives me this error code: 123:1034405:ff49c79f and tells me to restart the game. I've tried restarting the game, my computer and updating my computer. Plz help ;(

Are you using mods/cc and if so, did you test without them?

i have the same exact error code. i have tried turning off cc and it didn't do anything. i also tried recovering an old save and deleting localthumbcache.package and recovering an old save again. none of this helped, so i am commenting in hopes of learning what solves this for you!
