Error code 123:35e4f805

I've had the same thing - noticed recently since September 2025 patch - get the above mentioned error code when travelling to the maker space in Grim's Quarry. So far I've been still able to successfully travel to the community spaces in the 2 other neighbourhoods in Evergreen Harbour. I do use mods, but tried to access the maker space without them in Grim's Quarry and still got the error code. Haven't yet tested in a brand new save game without mods, will at some point soon try doing that and see if the same error generates. In my current game I deleted the lot and set lot to 'Generic' so will also try to turn it back into the community space (maker space) and see if that works.
