I have been playing TS4 fine and suddenly it kicked me off the game so I restarted my Mac (laptop) and loaded back into the game, it will allow me to load the game and chose a world to play in but won't let me load into any households, it will show they live there but I cannot load into gameplay to actually use it.

Oh I should probably add that the error code is 124:57d8944b:45f4f002 and just tells me to reload the game which I have tried, it didn't change anything
I was playing sims and got kicked off the game so I just simply reloaded it however now it will load into a game and I can choose a world to play in but when I select a family and it shows the loading screen then error 124:57d8944b:45f4f002 and to reload the game, I have tried this multiple times including restarting my Mac and nothings changed. I tried to place a household out the gallery and play that instead but it just did the same thing. I also did the repair button on EA before loading but again no change. How can I fix this?
BagsofChlo If you use any mods or custom content, please remove the Mods folder and delete localthumbcache.package, then try again to play.
If that doesn't help, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. Try again to load your main household, and if it doesn't work, look for a new lastexception. If you find one, open the file, copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
