I have been playing TS4 fine and suddenly it kicked me off the game so I restarted my Mac (laptop) and loaded back into the game, it will allow me to load the game and chose a world to play in but won't let me load into any households, it will show they live there but I cannot load into gameplay to actually use it.

Oh I should probably add that the error code is 124:57d8944b:45f4f002 and just tells me to reload the game which I have tried, it didn't change anything
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
