Hi, Could you specify what you mean by issues with cheats and I've already repaired my game multiple times, but I'll try doing that again.
Like if you try to open the cheat console for example. It seems an issue with the gameoptions as far as I can tell.
Can you try deleting your options(.ini file) in case repair doesn't help. You'll need to reset all options.
Also did you test multiple saves if they all have the issue ? Do delete the LE you have each time before testing a different save and close down the game completely as well.
