Evolved Trash Plants (Nice and Up) Yield Only Normal Quality Harvestables

This has been going on for quite a while, since last year at least, in every save I've had trash plants. I grow trash plants for the nectar making aspiration. I play on a Windows 11 laptop with no CC...

do you never get anything better than normal or only sometimes ? It's by design that it can still produce normal but it shouldn't be 100%
