Excessive hugging

Any time before a sim initiates a conversation with another sim, they hug each other about 4 times back-to-back. Sometimes they start to hug mid-conversation. It's driving me absolutely nuts. It could be mod related, but I cannot figure which one it is for the life of me. I do use MCCC and have turned off autonomous hugs via the tuner, but that doesn't fix the issue. I have also downloaded a mod that reduces autonomous hugs but that hasn't helped either.

This is happening in my games as well and I never use mods or CC it's really frustrating because of the time it wastes in game. It's still happening in a completely vanilla game I have started to test if the latest patch had in fact fixed what it was supposed to.
Windows gaming laptop, direct X11, no mods/cc.

Hi! I'm still having this issue, but my current save file is running on mods. Would I have to disable them, or should I start a new save first?

Please start a brand new save file without your mods, and if you're still having this issue, please then send me your save file. Thank you!
