100000x yes. It's so insanely annoying. I would like playing the game so much more if they would just stop this animation. It has also completely ruined 1st person view. But I already exhausted myself posting about it previously to no avail...
Basically this is one of a handful of extreme annoyances in the game that prevent me from being totally immersed.
