I would like to add to the list of excessive phone idle animations.
I have observed that queued social interactions are cancelled when the other sim pulls out their phone. We're in the middle of a conversation, and the other sim starts on their phone and the animation is so long it cancels out all the social interactions in the queue. I then need to select the interactions again.
This is in a vanilla, never modded save on PC. I have noticed this since at least update 1.116
