Had trouble getting the couple to perform vows at the arch. It says partner wasn’t near when they are both standing by the arch. Nothing was in the way. Had to restart game now for it to work?

This was just happening to me too... but I just found out how to get around it on accident, but you have to have MCCC installed. Basically you need to click on your sim and go to MCCC and click "Modify Household in CAS" and then exit out of it and then click on the arch again and it should work. I hope this gets fixed soon without needing a mod though :(
Actually, I think MAYBE it can work by just shift clicking and clicking "Modify in CAS" but I haven't tested it out yet
