Eyelashes don't fit anymore

It might be because you're using a custom content (CC) skin overlay? Also, your Sim's eyes barely squint when they smile, compared to the Sim in the original post. When my Sim smiles without squinting, the eyelashes stay in place too.
By the way, there are no issues in CAS — the problem only appears in live mode.

Don't give me wrong, I'm not saying that the issue doesn't exist, all I'm saying is that I can not see anything wrong with the lashes/eyes on my sims. The sim im my picture wasn't the only one I tested with, but is my fav one ;) I can only click "me too" IF I see what you see. I will try again on a complete fresh test save with a new test sim and see what happens. Will come back to you to let you know. I might get lucky and see what you see ;) - but not right now 'cause I'm in a sad mood now seeing my beloved pets incl. my in real life deceased cats recrated by pugowend for my game, being all pitch black due to a new bug created by EA, yeah what else is new.

So here I am back as promised with my new results. I can now see what you see. I tested with a brand new Sims 4 vanilla game. The Sim I used was the first one the game gave me. This one has a different eye shape, which shows the problem much more clearly than a Sim with an average eye shape. Best to see if you let a sim use the mirror and order him/her to fresh-up. So yeah, "Me too"  

I play vanilla and this was something I noticed right away. I imagine when they fixed the bug where the eyes weren't closing properly, that it messed up the eyelashes now. Not game breaking (for me), but jarring/distracting to look at.

I play on PC with a few mods and cc. My game, mods, and cc are all up to date with the latest patch.
