The old thread is marked as Fixed, but it still happens. Animations in game are better, but in CAS, you can see the 3/4 blink pretty clearly in closeup. Toddlers, meanwhile, don't seem to blink at all--and infants' eyes are strangely stiff-cornered and small. Starting to wonder if all of these are related.
