Ideas
I tested the game without any mods installed, and the bug is especially noticeable on all the males sims.
Males sims with their supposed closed eyes :
Females sims :
I didn't tried to animate females characters since I don't care about them, but I wonder if their eyelids are now translted correctly or not. unfortunately I rarely play females sims in my game so I don't really know.
Males sims however are clearly affected and the bug is still there.
