Failed to launch error/Fully Black Screen when using CC

I'm glad I'm not the only one CC hoarder, I have 266 GB LMAO

I’ve been trying to fix this problem for days now. I have removed all my mods, repaired the game, created a new folder for the sims, uninstalled and reinstalled, I’ve done everything recommended. Every time I try to add just cc back into the game, I keep getting an error that says “Failed to launch game. An error occurred on our end that caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later”. I have tried later, the only way I can get it to work is if I remove all of my cc. I’ve tried putting in little by little and for the past few days I have literally been going through each piece of cc to find what’s broken. But then the next day, or even if I take a break and come back, cc that I had previously cleared and could get the game to launch with suddenly doesn’t work. Literally what is happening???

Welp... That was a bust. Tried to go back on and it failed again. Nothing is consistent with this. Back to World of Warcraft for me. Done with the Sims. Just too bad I dropped so much money into it. Truely angering and frustrating. 

This genuinely makes me mad, but Ill share what's worked for me anyway. I use Windows so I'm not sure if this will work for everyone.

1. Keep your mods where they are
2. Clear Cache
3. Restart App
4. Restart PC/Laptop
5. Go Offline
6. Run as Administrator (or equivalent)

THIS!!! knowing that everyone is still having issues with it makes me feel less crazy thinking it was only me 

i have done this and it's still not working. i know on a previous post you said to send the folder but i have no idea how to do so. 

 ok well im playing my game now..in 15 hours  ill be at work, this has been going for over 2 days they should have been fixed it
