Failed to launch error/Fully Black Screen when using CC

It's a relief that they're already investigating this error.

Ive done the above and im having to batch move my CC and pinpoint certain CC that isn't working and remove from my mods folder and try starting the game after every batch moved so frustrating!!!

For me I just kept on clicking the launch icon.. it took me 5 times to launch the game but I finally got in

I hope EA is aware they really messed up and are going to ensure this latest fix doesn't break something else or not fully fix the issue like the last "fix". It's going to be embarrassing if they need to do this a third time. A bug for a game that is like 10+ years old and was working fine a few days ago until they messed with it is a little rich.

I’m having this problem after the recent update. I’ve tried all these steps and can only get it to start if I remove my cc. I’ve been going through all of it to find the problem files but then the next day I won’t be able to get it to run again, even with cc id previously cleared as working 

I’m having the same problem. I removed all my mods and just tried to run it with just cc and it only worked with some of my cc. Now it won’t even run despite being able to run it yesterday with the cc I already cleared. I literally didn’t add or remove anything

Hi, I’ve tried to upload the folder to get more information but I honestly don’t know what I’m doing wrong and I’m getting quite fed up now.

I’ve seen the link with the instructions on how to upload, but I can’t find where the actual form is. Could you please point me in the right direction or clarify what I’m missing?

I’ve tried 50/50 method multiple times — sometimes it works once when I run it, but after closing it, it stops working again. I really don’t want to keep doing overtime just to fix this. I know I can just play without mods and cc but it isn't the same due to having to start a whole new save

Some good news my dudes! Per discord, they are actively working on a patch for the patch. Of a patch. *Sigh*  Anyways, testing is planned for this weekend and the release should be next week. 

I remain cautiously hopeful.

It is, as I found out, due to CC in the CAS, which annoys me a lot. When I start the game without CAS CC, I have no problems, but as soon as I have it back in the folder, nothing works. The game pops up briefly and then has crashed. It is annoying, I hope EA fixes it!?🤫

Game was working fine yesterday and now I am back to this. WTF DID YOU GUYS DO WITH THIS PATCH??? I've never seen the game THIS broken before!!
