I'm experiencing (what I think?) is a bug in my game in relation to famous customers and child customers.
This tends to happen specifically when I am closing my new businesses. Specifically, both famous customers and child customers will enter my residential-marked rooms and won't leave. Some of them are particularly rude and are knocking over my trash cans.
I know that casual break-ins (sans burglars) are kind of just a thing in the Sims, but when I try to ask them to leave, the action is unavailable because it says the sim is "already leaving". They do leave after about 12 game hours, but it is happening repeatedly and in several different home businesses. They don't want to use the shower/bath, the toilet, or the fridge, weirdly enough, but as a result of that they are getting stinky and peeing on the floor, making my sim and customers on the lot the next day uncomfortable.
In addition, infant and toddler sims at any sort of business/childcare set-up are upset and leaving with a bad impression when my sim is trying to "care for little ones". Most of them are upset and immediately fade away when she tries to pick them up, change their diaper, put them to bed, or bathe them. This may not be such a problem if these sims were not spawning with very low needs, such as being visibly slinky (a green cloud), or if their parents brought them all the way into the building. Most sim parents drop their children off at the very corner of the street, rather than the edge of the lot. Being unable to pick up infant sims outside in a thunderstorm without an immediate negative effect and customer loss is exceptionally disheartening.
I know y'all work very hard and are very busy, and I'm sorry if I've done a bad job with this. I am pretty new to using forums. Thank you for all you do and let me know if there's anything I can do to resolve this and provide further information.
