Fast Forwarding freezes game

This has been happening all night for me, the time freezes but the enviorment still moves and i cant press on anything.

I have the same problem since the recent update…

Ok glad it’s just not me. Was fine playing it this morning and logged on again this afternoon and it bugged out. Just like this. 

I have the same issue. For me it also freezes in the middle of the day, for example it was 6:43pm and the game time froze.

I had went into SIms 4 to test something, I had made one of my sims play a game, then I fast forwarded, I could return to normal speed for a couple of times before it just stopped letting me. I had recorded it and attached it below. I was also forced to use task manager to close down SIms, which was fine for me today because I only made that sim play a game, nothing to be disappointed about.

Playing on PC after the latest update: I am also having this issue, especially when all three of my current Sims go to bed, and time automatically skips to 3x speed. It doesn't matter what time in-game. I tried to play without any mods after the update and saw this was happening, waited for my usual mods to update, installed them (MCCC, Simulation Lag Fix, Simology Panel Fix), and it is still the same.

When I click save in-game, it loads and then blips as if the process did not go through. I've tried to go to Manage Worlds, and this leads to an endless loading screen.

I cannot play the game for more than two minutes before my Sims are frozen, the environment continues moving around them, time progresses, I cannot move out of 3x speed, nor can I exit out of the game without using Task Manager.

I hope this gets fixed soon so I can actually play the game.

*****I have found a method to go on the game under the bug. If you know the freezing time (For example:00:00),you should save your game file before the freezing time. The time is frozen and everything is moving, (you must not save your game, just wait a moment for loading to go back the main menu and reload your game.If you see the time is 00:01,WELCOME TO NEW DAY!!!!!!!!!!! 

This just started with me, but its when my Sim would fall asleep. Everything would be fine at first and then at 2am Sims time the time would stop progressing, but the environment would keep at fast-forward, even if you change the speed down to pause. Would have to force-exit the game because I couldn't cancel her sleep action, and the action would only fill up to about half and then freeze. 

Just in case this is the cause for everyone, I play with MCCC and did a few things to eliminate the issue of freezing at midnight. First, separately from MCCC, I turned off neighborhood stories for marriage in the game settings. Then I went to MCCC -> Pregnancy -> Marriage Sim Selection -> Marriage Percentage and set it to 0 for all three age groups. This has fixed the problem for me. Hope this helps you all!
