is she just wearing this after going to work or also on other occasions ? Have you ever given her this on any outfit ? Has she been doing this for all of the career or only after hitting a certain level ?

I don't have this outfit for her at all, the dress seems also bugged as well
So far it's just the educational career but I can rest the bug out in a backup save to see how it goes (...she just died in the main save via murphy bed. Oops haha)
