Fight interaction always available

Title basically, my test sim now has the option to fight anyone at any time.

She has a positive relationship bar with Caleb, there are no negative sentiments between them, she isn't a werewolf, and the Roughhousing Encouraged NAP isn't active. I don't have Seasons so it's not even possible for it to be Neighborhood Brawl day. There's no reason she should be able to fight him. I've used Caleb as an example but it's available for every sim she's acquainted with even though all relationships are in the green.

I haven't tried to have her actually fight with anyone, nor have I seen it happen autonomously yet. I'll probably check later on to see what happens if I give her the command to throw hands.

I don't think this started with the most recent patch but from the 9/18 one (1.118.242.1030). I feel like I saw comments about it in the thread for the sabotage interaction but it was never reported as its own issue, or at least I couldn't find it if it was.

I'm playing on PC in a new save made after update 1.119.109.1020, mods and CC removed.

Edited to update: the interaction works.

testSet_FightAvailability has a test that checks only to see if someone does not have trait 447353 ("trait_SpecialNPCs_Cryptid"). Obviously that's going to pass 99% of the time, and thus Fight! is available to basically everyone.

I also experienced this issue. This fight interaction shows up on the first set of options when interacting with a sim. At one time, the sims went on a fight autonomously even though they only have green and no red relationship meter.

I am experiencing this issue as well. Wife autonomously decided to fight her husband. They had maxed out friendship and romantic bars. The husband was holding their infant son at the time the fight animation kicked in. So they had an all out brawl while he calmly held the infant. He won. It was pretty hilarious, but now their friendship bar is max negative.
