System: PC - Windows 11 (64-bit)
Platform: EA
Mods/CC: Yes
Problem frequency: 50% of the time
Problem description:
Sometimes the gallery loads for ages and says "No results found" when I searched the same thing a few minutes ago and there was results. Other times it works just fine and loads within a few seconds.
Yes I have mods but this problem started before. No my wifi is not timing out, it's been on the whole time and every other app is functioning fine.
I have tried the following:
Verified game files through steam
removed mods
restarted the game several times
deleted my whole sims 4 folder so a new one would generate
restarting my computer
it's allowed thro the firewall
run sims 4 as admin
Refresh my DNS
I am aware there may be a solution in Gallery showing no results | EA Forums - 12528293 , but the amount of people in the comments saying they have the same problem are too many for me to keep scrolling to find the solution and the orginial reporter didn't edit the solution in.
