I'm having this issue too. Updated game, no mods or cc. Brand new Sims 4-folder too. Gallery results are slow. If you search for Lots, 20x30 and key word willow creek, the loading image is there for like 2 mins, then says "no results found". If you change the toggle to All, wait for gallery to show results and then change toggle back to Lots, then you might get results. Searching for EA username usually wields no results if you don't have the toggle on "all". If you go to someone's profile and scroll through their stuff, gallery won't show all their stuff, only newest few (maybe like 30 newest). The "most popular" toggle doesn't seem to work at all. This gets so annoying when you're trying to search for lots or sims!
