found a wonky workaround. go to sims gallery through your web browser > save a creation "add to my downloads" from your following or browsing, NOTE: if nothing shows up, try filtering the sort by and category options!! they should show up in your game library. you can keep your game open and add to your downloads from the browser too, just make sure to go to the 3 dots top right > game options > other > uncheck "online social features access" > apply changes > enable "online social features access" AFTER adding creations > apply changes and hopefully it shows up in your game library.
the browser itself might show no results found but its been working better than the in game gallery so ill take what i can get.
Might as well pirate the game and just download tray files. faster and FREE. The only reason I pay is to have gallery access and now the only reason to buy is gone
