I am experiencing the same problem. The Gallery loads up to a certain point and then says that no results were found.
I have already done everything the support team recommends. I even restored my computer to see if the issue was on my end, and the bug still persists.
This had never happened to me before. It’s frustrating. We pay so much for something that doesn’t work properly.
I am reporting this from Brazil.
