I cannot play my game. Whenever I clicked on the simology panel or traveled or basically did anything the game would completely stop working. The arrows on the parenting traits (responsibility/empathy/manners etc...) would flash green and red. I couldn't click on the three dots to save or anything. I traveled to high school with my teen sim and the icon for the sim wouldn't load and I couldn't click on it and the moodlets were just like boxes with no words or symbols. I tried to manage worlds to fix it and the game would just go black but the buttons on the top right would remain but clicking on them did nothing. Also the game would continue to play I could see like thought bubbles and my mouse was still there. Please fix!
Oh to mention: I don't have any mods and I reset my computer multiple times.
I had the same issues. The parenting traits for my teen sim is glitched out and I was unable to leave or save a game. Not sure why that's happening for me..I don't play with mods/CC, I have tried repairing the game and clearing cache in the EA app but it's still an issue.
Exact same things happening to me - I’m on PS4! I’m gutted! Hope it gets sorted before the new game tomorrow!

I had the same issues. I play with cc and mods I updated all of them, and still nothing. I repaired the game multiple times, it didn't help. I reinstalled the game, still nothing. The last thing I disabled the mods and repair the game, i got into the game and tried to open the cas, it went well, it opened it. I made a sim started a new game and everything was like before the update (of course with all the new things they added). I restarted the game, enabled the mods and started playing and everything was normal. I can open the cas now, I can save and everything. If you don't play with mods, try to disable the mods, and play like that, if it let's you play like that, enable them if you want to. Hope I helped with this.
