When building the floors wont apperar in a closed room. There is just grass. Same with roofs.
When im playing other sim family other houses dissapairs . The lot is just empty. This include pre-made lots from the gameplay like highschool lot for prom.
i do use mods but non of them is broken or bugs the game. Ive removed all of them and the game still does this. Ive also tried repairing the game and also reparing a load save. Nothing ive tried helps.
